Q: What is Contract Hire?
Contract Hire is a fixed cost, low risk, alternative method of acquiring
a vehicle, and is available to all business users. It relies on a minimum
initial outlay, and fixed monthly rentals which pay for the depreciation
of the vehicle instead of the full invoice cost of the vehicle. It also
has the flexibility to incorporate all of your maintenance costs (including
tyres), if desired. At the end of the chosen term (24,36,48,60 months),
you just hand the car back and begin a new agreement.

Q: What is PCH?
PCH is an abbreviation for Personal Contract Hire. It works in exactly
the same way as Contract Hire, except the hire agreement is designed for
the individual driving the car, not the business or company she/he works
for. Therefore, no benefit in kind taxation is payable to the Inland Revenue
for the private use of the vehicle. In essence, she/he pays depreciation
and finance interest only, rather than the whole cost of the vehicle,
and hand back at the end of the agreed term of hire.
